Paying for your holiday

You'll pay a 25% non-refundable deposit when you book, with the remainder due eight weeks before your arrival date (along with a £300 damages deposit that we'll return to you once the house has been checked). We'll send you confirmation on receipt, then full details of the house, maps and some other useful bits when the balance is paid.

Cancellations

Regrettably, we do have to charge for late cancellations regardless of circumstances. It's always worth remembering that good travel insurance should cover your costs if this happens. Our charges are standard for this type of rental.

Up to 8 weeks notice - no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks - no refund

Children are well catered for at Casa Lucciola, with a cot, bed linen, high chair, plastic bowls and cutlery all there and ready to use. However the house hasn't been child-proofed (ours are now grown up), so we won't accept any liability. The gated garden is perfect for dogs, just please keep them out of the bedrooms.
